AC Torino managed to save themselves from relegation from the Serie A and are now they are preparing for the next season.
After a modest running this year in Serie A, where they escaped from the fears of relegation from Serie A only in the penultimate round, AC Torino want to buy some players which will help them to be on a better position in the next edition of Serie A.
The first player on the list of acquisitions is youth Romanian international Adrian Stoian, player who now is co-owned by AS Roma and Chievo Verona. The romanian player played this season for Chievo Verona where he scored 3 goals in 18 games.
Giampiero Ventura, coach of Torino, is seeing Stoian as the ideal replacement for Mario Alberto Santana, who will return to Napoli this summer after his loan expires.
This decision is a little strange, because Santana has played all the season in the left lane and Adrian Stoian was used in this Serie A season at Chievo only as a striker. The Romanian is a versatile player and can play almost every position from midfield to attack.
This move has a good chance to realize, as those from Turin had already held a discussion with AS Roma and Chievo Verona and the first reactions are encouraging.
At this moment AC Torino are on 15th position in Serie A with 38 points and with only one round remaining to be playing, they can not relegate from Serie A.
